Our first laser engraved Corian plaque. Thanks Keith for the tips! This was a 42" x 28" x 1/2" plaque with a 12" x 18" dye sub insert. I had to engrave the recess for the dye sub plaque on the laser as my CAMaster hasn't arrived yet. The heat from the laser warped the top right corner of the Corian but I was able to put it on my large heat press to flatten it out. The lettering was filled with several coats of white epoxy spray paint. I engraved through transfer paper to act as a mask so I had very little overspray to deal with. Sanding with 240, 400, 600, 800, 1000 did the trick. All in all, it came out well. I'm not crazy about the text layout, but that's how the client wanted it. Thanks again Keith for your tutelage
