Better go to Chinese language version when you look for newest versions. I use 8.01.28 - it is quite stable version, but I will go for newer version soon.

Yes, but is NOT free (after trial period)- kind of 80$ if I good remember. Definitely interesting, BUT still you have to use RD Works - as Lightburn don't allow to set advanced parameters as Vendor / User. So you have to use both of them.
