I知 building a stock feeder for my router table. I have a couple hundred feet of stock to run through. What angle does the rollers need to be to keep the stock against the fence. I知 using a maple block for the bearing block and spring loading that.
Is it better to angle the holes for the shafts or angle the whole block?
The goal is to feed the stock smoothly. Tough to do with arthritic hands.
Thanks for any input Dan

Not much of an angle needed. For a typical industrial feeder, the infeed would be about 1/4" farther from the fence than the outfeed. That would be over a distance of about 18".

I believe the Jessem ClearCut stock guide for the router table are at 5 deg toward the fence. This being said I believe your are on the right track using 5 deg.
