Had to watch the video on the FB link. Some of the comments imply the are actually not safe to eat because of silicon oil used to cause the cellular patterns. Still, interesting to watch and beautiful to look at.

My wife is a cake maker, one of her sisters makes a living at it... One of my brother's in law (married to the other sister) just had his retirement party yesterday, he worked for CocaCola. The 'cake' sister made a 2-liter Coke bottle cake-- I thought it was a real bottle of Coke as a gag-gift, very realistic, need to locate the pics...
