Pretty sure that is a Sagittario. IIRC that was one of the early saws imported by Laguna as the LT18.

It is an Italian 18" saw, with probably ~12" of resaw height and that appears to be the original motor, probably a Tecnomotori and likely a 1.3kW or 1 3/4hp.

Beyond that, I don't know much about it.

Edit to add, I know it is a couple of hundred miles away but have you seen the 20" Grizzly on the Northern WV CL?

Not a bad saw for scroll work but too weak for much resawing. The ACM that replaced it was a better saw but even it was light for heavy resawing. Dave
