I am looking for koa for some platters for a wedding.12x12x2 Anyone know of a source in Hawaii.Also open to other native species from Hawaii.

Where are you located? That info could help tremendously.
Try Google. I know 2 places, Winkler woods and Kamuela hardwoods.

Aloha Woods in Kona on the Big Island. I have visited this place and had Kia shipped back. Really nice folks to deal with.

Kamuela is in Waimea on the Big Island. It appears that he ships is why I listed them.
Has Winkler gone downhill? I dealt with them and was very happy before. From the looks of his site though, he seems to be concentrating on tone woods and not "lumber". My apologies.
