This has been asked before, but each time it is a specific maker who is being researched, and not the one I am looking for. I recently purchase a set of 6 chisels in a box for a modest price and was wondering who the maker is. I have these 2 pictures of the maker's marks from 2 of the chisels but have had no luck in trying to determine who the maker is.

Any tips or pointers are welcome. Given the purchase price, I am not expecting a well known maker, but rather perhaps a more high volume maker.
