Came across this saw....stamped with ASMALL or ASKALL London with a hammer? (not sure)
anyone know?
blade is 14 1/4" long

William Ashall, worked at 7 Whitmore Rd in London, 1890s.

ASHALL William; 4 (7) Whitmore Road, Hoxton, London. (1861 - 1898).

The use of a trademark (apparently a sawsmithing hammer) is rare in a London maker.
