Straight Rip / Angle on thick boards

When ripping thick boards I sometimes need to flip the board over to finish the rip cut, but am getting an angle when I rip them. See image attached. What could be causing this? TIA

Your not starting with a piece of wood that’s square to all four sides. Or after you make the first cut the piece of wood changes it shape and is no longer square.
Or tablesaw fence is flimsy and moves when you put pressure on it.
None of these guesses are your fault :)

I was going to say the same thing. Your fence is probably not aligned with the miter slot and blade.

Are you holding the workpiece flat on the table?

I’m almost 100% sure. I think it may he fence deflection. I need to check it Thanks.
