Changing Avatar Size

How do you change the size of your avatar? I just uploaded mine and it seems really small.

IIRC, a Member (doesnt pay anything) gets the small avatar and Contributors get the larger size.

Max avatar size for members is 50x50 pixels. Contributors max is 100x100.
