Source of apron /tabard

Apron looks like one that East Texas Woodturners, Tyler, TX presented to Jimmy about 8 years back. Kay Leonard made them and sold some at SWAT about that time. I have 2 and need a replacement or at least replacement of Velcro after lots of use. The flag material does shed the shavings and cuff neck works well. Can't give you a current source.
