Had a visit Saturday from my buddy, Joe Tonich.
Joe brought his 2 boys with him and we spent several hours BS'n. The boys did clean-up (as you can see from the pics they seemed to enjoy the chore) while Joe and I talked shop.
One of Joe's boys saw a threaded dowel in the shop and asked how I did that. He was facinated by the die used to cut threads -- I told him he could cut a thread on the end of a dowel -- and as you can see from the picture, he got carried away and threaded the whole dowel. (p.s. that is not a yellow elephant in the background. :D )
I also took some time to show the boys the "pen making" process.
Well, thanks to the Tonich Clan the shop is a lot cleaner now.
