Just finished this router box. Made from baltic birch. There is a 3/4" UHMW insert at bottom of face. The fence is 80/20 mounted on a VSCTools fence lock. The clear out cut was made to accommodate Whiteside style/rail/panel set as these are the largest bits I use.
