I am considering purchasing the Infinity Precision Twist Adjustable slot cutter (model number 61-613). See web site https://www.infinitytools.com/routing/router-bits/carbide/slot-making-router-bits/precision-twist-slot-cutting-router-bit-system

Does anyone have any experience with this router bit?

Thanks

I don’t have direct experience with them, but looked at them before buying the infinity slot cutter master set.

These have four cutter heads when perfectly aligned but that drops to 2 when you start expanding them apart. So not as nice as the three cutter heads on the master set. The master set goes from 1/8-11/16 for $99, if you buy both cutters you get from 1/8-1/2 for $249.

I don’t need the micro adjustment for when I cut slots so it didn’t seem worth it to me to spend over twice as much for less thickness with fewer cutters.

YMMV.
