Chris, that is just sick!!! Way, WAY too cool! I actually went ahead and downloaded the file, so I could easier show it to friends without eating up your bandwidth. Thanks! Really awesome!!!:D

Chris, that is astounding. Thanks for the tip Spring, as I downloaded it also.

Perhaps one of the people that put together the Fremont Street Experience did this. Lot of computer programming me thinks.

Yeah, well each of us had way too much time on our hands as well!

Is that for real? Kept waiting for a car to drive by or something.

Still, totally cool.

That is really cool, amazing what you can do on a computer when you know how. Slow loading even with dsl by the way.

As long as we're on the subject, check out my favorite Christmas song. Click on the clip for "You're a mean one mister Grinch" and turn it up loud!!

Real or Memorex???
Way cool. Is this a real display or the wonders of digital automation:confused:
Couldn't find any data on it.

Hey all - I shared this clip with my daughter who thought it was, "dude, like wow, totally awesome" or words to that effect. Anyway, she googled it and came up with this:

http://cr.planetchristmas.com/default.asp?action=9&read=10130&fid=83&FirstTopic=40&LastTopic=45

It's a forum and if you read through it, you'll discover that the light show was indeed real and in synch with the music. Among other things it involved the use of rebar, so this thread now qualifies as "on topic"!

The guy video taped it and then enhanced it on his pc.

And there's also a link on that site to a much faster download.

That is so Griswoldian. I love it. I guess I'm going to have to step up my game this season.

Cool stuff. I guess some guys spend their disposable dollars on stuff other than tools and materials, huh? Thanks for the link.
