I was just looking through Garrett Hack's Classic Hand Tools book, and on page 118 it shows a picture of him using a #7 with a shooting board, and he refers to a "shop made wooden handle". Given the fact that most of it is hidden by his hand, does anyone know any more details about it's construction? Anyone know how to get ahold of him? Google searches show plenty of references, but I have not been able to find an email address.
