Does This Sound/Look Troublesome?

My Bosch 4100 began making a sort of loose, rattly sound upon startup. I also noticed the blade wobbles a tad; how much tolerance is there for this? I'd say it's about 1/16 off axis. As for the sound, I'm not sure if it's the wobbly blade, a facing bearing or simply normal.

The sound comes through pretty clearly, but the blade wobble is a little difficult to see in the video.

I would suggest your bearings are going bad. Try unplugging the saw, take out the table insert and turn the blade by hand, does it turn freely, can you feel any wobble?
