Does anyone recognize the logo on this hand plane double iron. I pulled it off a No 6 hand plane that has no Stanley markings but appears to have been made for someone by Stanley. It has the same receiving area for the frog as a Bailey Types 6,7 & 8. Any ideas who made the iron? Thanks

Champion de Arment, possibly? Not sure if they made plane irons or not.

Looks like it was made by the Riverside Tool Company in New York (registered in 1899).

Here's an example logo found on some dividers.
