Yea, they are the "bee's knees" of work support/extension. Not inexpensive, but really nice!

Yes they are. I have two that I can fasten end to end or use on my bandsaw (back or side)or shaper( out the front for circles)

Is the high low fence on the jointer a Aigner product also?

Brian if you take the adjustable foot out of leg and turn it 180 degrees you won't have to shim the leg like in your first pic. I've been using 2 of them for years along with many other Aigner products.

Those are nice. Just don't turn your back with jointer running, the cat might come walking down the table.......

Nice gear Brian. Tell me what the bicycle level on the mortiser is for, please.

we have the bars on every tool, and a couple of tables floating around. they are particularly useful on the bandsaw and shaper, but a close second is the jointer infeed/outfeed. makes for a 15' jointer! worth every dime...

Thanks gents!

Thanks John, very much appreciate that. :D

Robert, I believe it is also made by Aigner, it came factory made, with the machine. I don’t find it especially useful, however.

Marty, that would make for some excitement!

Mark, thank you! That handle lever operates the line boring attachment for the mortiser.

Where would be a good place to buy these?

I bought from Simantech, experience was great and I had them in about 2-3 days.

If I'm not mistaken, they are a good source for Tersa knives, too.

Matthew if you want to do a large purchase of Aigner stuff its cheaper to buy from Werkzeuge Fuchs in Germany. Andy Giddings passed on this tidbit to the Felder Owners Group last year. There is significant saving. For the record I have also bought from US sources in the past but with the CDN dollar sucking so bad against the USD, now its was cost prohibitive.

still pretty expensive. Maybe I will try a DIY version

Hi, I have a couple and they are great.

You can also purchase them from Felder, I don't know if you have a location near you..........Rod.

Thanks Rod, that's alright I'm happy to support small business even if in such a minor way.

We use them in the same manners as above. I just bought the adjustable stops that mount on them to run stopped cuts on the shaper. Like other Aigner stuff, they’re beefy. Haven’t tried them yet.

Martin USA also carries most all of the Aigner range. The extension tables really aren't as terribly expensive as I thought they'd be.
