I was watching the Voice tonight and Pop Woodworking magazine was on the couch beside me.

On the cover is a sawhorse. I thought I might share my folding sawhorse design with you.
The reason for folding saw horses is they can lean against the wall when not in use.
Each horse has eight boards, four cut to the length of the horse and four cut to the length of the legs.

Make two 1x4 H's and join the top of the H's with door butts. Drill holes in the cross braces and
tie a length of rope between the legs at the center of the brace. Knot the ends of the two ropes.
To use the horse, open the legs up and the top boards will form the load board of the horse. These horses
will support a lot of weight.

I imagine there are other designs out there.
