I've only used the Kreg screws, but they seem to be of good quality. They seems to be heavier than some similar McFeely's that I have.

I've also only used Kreg, but am very happy with the results. Don't know of any websites, but try a Google search. Good luck!

there are two different types of pocket hole screws i`m aware of, those for soft wood (coarse thread no drill point) and those for hard wood (finer thread and a drill point) if you`re looking for good pricing i`ve found that the price breaks start at the full box (10-14000) but you`ll need to talk to a local wholesaler as freight plays a large part in pricing. tod

I've used Porter Cable pocket screws and Kreg. I found the Kreg superior to the Porter Cable screws. The fit of the driver to the head was better. I never tried McFeeley's. I purchase my pocket hole screws 1,000 at a time usually at a wood show where they are offering a deal or there is no shipping.

I used Kreg and then McFeely's, and have gone back to Kreg. The washer head on the Kreg's have a wider contact area better feel when they seat compared to McFeely's. Prices seem to be about $30-$34/1000 pcs, not including shipping.

Bernie, I just got a big order of Kreg screws in the other day in 100, 500, and 1000 packs so I probably have what you are looking for if interested. Let me know what you need and I will give you a quote. I have been shipping them via USPS priority mail flat rate for $7.95.

I use Quickscrew brand. They make one for soft and hardwood.
I order usually by the case of 8000. Lots better pricing if you buy a full case.
