i have designed a wine rack in sketch up and want to use SU to make a cut list so I know how much wood to buy. I watched a you tube video and it looked easy but when I do it SU tells me one of parts is too thick, does not put parts in the cut list, puts 26" long pieces on separate boards (three should fit on a board), tells me I need 14 pieces when I only have 3 of them in the design. Its all screwed up. All the pieces are components. I could do this by hand and do the math, but I would like to learn how to use the cut list extension for when I have a much more complex design. Maybe it would be easier if I emailed the file to some one? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
