Used Grizzly G1073 16" Band Saw Pricing

Earlier in the week I had questions about a used Grizzly G1073 16" band saw. I've decided to pick it up, and we need some thoughts on pricing. We've been friends for years and trying to find a fair price for both parties.

The saw is about 10-12 years old, they don't remember, used about three times when they first purchased it. It's been sitting in his shop since, with the blade on tension.

Any thoughts?

I would give it 30% of the new price.
Since it's more then 10 yrs old and a grizzly.
