a #0 Morse taper live center for my antique Barnes treadle lathe? I can find numbers 1 and 2 but no zeroes.

Try sherline. Looks like there tail stock is an MT0.

Otherwise I would look into finding someone to bore it to an MT1. Shouldn't cost much.
