Aftermarket Yorkcraft Style Mobile Base / Mobility Kit

Yorkcraft has incorporated a unique mobile base into their machine bases such as their jointer. I would like to do something similar to my DJ-20. Does anyone offer such a mobilization kit?

The fixed rear wheels are tucked under the base. I guess I could rig up the rear wheels, but the lifting swivel caster would be better to buy. Any suggestions?

Then removed the axle bolt from some really good, heavy duty (220lb each) and great priced ($3.99) 3" ball bearing wheels from <A HREF="http://www.hartvilletool.com/product/11739/"target="_new">Hartville Tool</A>

and mounted them in a short piece of rectangular steel tube that I bolted (one bolt is the axle) to each side of the opposite end of the subbase. I had to add some spacers to the bottom of the lift caster end of the subbase to level it. I don't have any pics uploaded yet but can send you some.
