What is a fair price for purpleheart? It looks to be very clean.

here in South florida it goes for around 6.50BF to 7.50BF roughsawn. What region you are in will affect your pricing the most.

Thanks- that's more in line with what I would expect. He's asking $10 BF for S4S.

I'd rather buy it rough sawn anyway.

I wish shipping wasn’t so much. It nearly doubles in price to ship. In California beat I found was $7bf but then with shipping like $12bf for 8/4 rough.

Think locally it’s $8bf but only 3/4”. I actually need some and should call a local shop and find out.

I actually just found a place somewhat near me that is selling it for 12.95/bf for 4/4 and 14.95/bf for 8/4. I wish it was cheaper i'm going to need some.
