Hi, I have been trying to reach Doug re some tool returns. No response via email and his voice mail box is full. Any news on Doug? Jerry

I just bought two gouges from him last week and they were sent out the same day and arrived a few days later.

March 19 and 20. And two phone calls today. Found a different email address on my PayPal receipt and just tried that. Yes, I have always had fast service. I am sure it will work out. It just seemed odd.

He was in Florida for the Totally Turning Symposium. Don't know beyond that.

After being in Totally Turning in NY he was heading to NJ for a demo. Don't bother with email as he pays no attention. Call, unless busy he will answer,
