Mainframes moved from tape reels to tape carts back in the 80's. An advantage of being in I.T forever is you get to pick up dead hardware. I have used this tape cabinet for all sorts of things but, it generally looked something like this.

I hit one of those "I've had it!" moments and gutted the cabinet. Grabbed some scrap and cut a few dados.

Now it looks like this and hold lots more stuff.

I don't know why the forum seems to randomly ignore rotation data on some pics. All are taken with the same camera and process the same way. Some stay rotated and some do not. Maybe a mod could fix that last shot and remove this text. TIA.
