Is a drum sander with a 22" wide sanding capacity really able to be used as a 44" wide sander? Can you turn the piece around and make a matching sanding line or are you going to have problems with sanding sag? Just wondering.:confused:

To answer this one. Yes you can. Takes some planning and practise.
