Dewalt DW708 Sliding Saw Blade Guard Sticky

I have a Dewalt DW708 Sliding Miter Saw with a sticky blade guard. It is a simple linkage with a bearing in the middle which I took out and cleaned. Nothing jumps out a cause. The bearing spins freely and nothing looks bent.

Any ideas?

RESOLVED - THE LINKAGE WAS TWISTED A BIT. Straightened and everything back to normal.
