Hi all -
I just set up my new Epilog Mini 24.
Went to print my first test job and getting a 'printer is in error mode' message on computer.
I am running Parallels on Mac with Coreldraw.
Laser is hooked up via ethernet.
Laser isn't receiving any data, says 'no job yet'
Any ideas what this could be?

Upon further inspection, the problem was that even after restarting computer/laser, Parallels needed to be quit/restarted as well so that Windows could restart. That fixed the problem and now I'm up and running!

Upon further inspection, the problem was that even after restarting computer/laser, Parallels needed to be quit/restarted as well so that Windows could restart. That fixed the problem and now I'm up and running!
