I am changing out the belt on my 25X2 drum sander since the old one was showing lots of ware. Putting it on was relatively straight forward but I am wondering how tight it should be and if anyone has any tips? I have played around with different tensions and it keeps wanting to jump off the idler pulley no matter what I do.
Any tips would be appreciated.
