All, (a little embarrassed here),

I had removed the tables from my DeWalt 734. In putting them back on, I cross threaded one of the holes.

Suggestions on getting this fixed?

what material ? helicoil in most materials. If it is metal drill out to next size and tap. Can you use a nut and bolt?

Did you screw the bolt in all the way when you stripped the threads? If not you may be able to get a tap the same as the bolt size that is stripped, and rethread the original threads.
If this works buy some green or blue Loctite and put some on the bolt when you screw it in.
If rethreading doesn,t work you will have to drill and tap a bigger thread for a bigger bolt if there is room for one.

This is a non-stressed situation. Helicoil is the way to go. Just buy the correct kit and you are all set.
