Breast Drill Info

I have an old breast drill from my father-in-law that is marked NOIXI and Germany. On the drive wheel it is cast 9-IOIXI. I did the Google thing and can't find anything but a sale for an eggbeater in Australia. The chuck is actually a Yankee North Brothers and may not be original.
