I am trying to find out what high value should one stop the laser and let it cool down, I was cutting this week for about 3 hrs straight and
was hitting 31 degree c, normally run about 28 degree c but cutting for long perods of time caused the temp to rise,I did not se it get higher than 31 C
I also never start working the laser until it warms to about8 C

31 will kill a fatbody tube quite quickly

17 to 19 is optimum, 23 is the absolute Maximum for 80/90mm tubes

Set your low to 17 and your high to 19, you will get much better results

There's a reasonable video on Youtube about programming the CW5200/5000.
It's worth watching & taking notes!

One thing really surprised me , I keep the inlet on the laser clean as it has a mesh like 1/4 squares and it can start to plug up.
But my exhaust outlet which is about 8 feet at roof level had a 1/4 mesh to prevent birds getting was 45% plugging up
so I removed the mesh, now I have better suction and exhaust

found some interesting facts, the readout is not accurate , I used a digital gun style thermometer on the lase tube and after running 70% power 2.5 hrs the tube was 15C ad 25c and the cooling fluid
was 25C and the cooler exhaust at the fan was 23 C
So its all working fine
I would think that the laser tube is the most important
