I restoring an antique childs wagon & need to replace the rubber treads on the wooden wheels

It would be like a large O ring
5/8" across and about a 10" diameter wheel
Any ideas?
Thanks
Ray

Here is how. (http://restorationsupplies.com/reruteacawh.html) And here is where (https://www.amazon.ca/s/ref=nb_sb_noss?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=5%2F8+o-ring+stock&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3A5%2F8+o-ring+stock) you get it.

I've joined o-ring stock before, but not this big, and a razor blade or box cutter blade work better than scissors. You might also want to spray a light mist if accelerator on one end and let it dry and then put the CA glue on the other end. Line a "V" grooved block with parchment paper to align them when you push then together. There are flexible CA glues on the market that would be better too.

Or if you're in a hurry, you might just buy 10 inch o-rings.
Take a look at McMaster-carr 9319K414. These are 9-7/8 ID and 10-1/2 OD, but there are many more choices.
