Which brands and models of "flat free" tires are bouncy?

In a This Old House video, a bouncy flat free tire for wheelbarrows is shown at about 3:00 in https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=03MMjZZtGKs . However the two models of flat free tires that I have (https://www.homedepot.com/p/Buffalo-Tools-10-in-No-Flat-Tires-2-Pack-801200/206396232 and https://www.homedepot.com/p/Farm-Ranch-10-in-No-Flat-Tire-4-Pack-FR1030/204164948 ) are not bouncy. Those models aren't solid rubber, but they don't bounce very far. What, in a product description, distinguishes a model that is bouncy from one that isn't?

The ones I put on the front of my ZTR are not bouncy...they are somewhat hard, actually. (Marathon flat-free)

I wouldn't exactly call that tire in the video Bouncy. It's solid rubber.

Quick Google search shows Amerityre and Marathon as two mfgrs that make them. Closed cell polyurethane I believe they are, as stated in your original TOH video.

You must be looking at the wrong tire. The flat free tire that bounces well isn't solid rubber.

I did a Google search and didn't find any information to distinguish bouncy polyurethane foam tires from non-bouncy polyurethane foam tires.

The Amerityre site says:

Using proprietary polyurethane chemical formulations we have developed a high density, closed cell foam material that is superior in low speed foam tire applications.

The non-bouncy Buffalo Tools tire (in a link I gave) has a product description that says

Constructed with flat free microcellular polyurethane

Is there some subtle difference in terminology that distinguishes a bouncy from a non-bouncy polyurethane foam tire? Perhaps the Amerityre tires are also non-bouncy.

The Marathon site says

Marathon flatfree tires provide the bounce and load handling characteristics similar to an air filled tire - with the benefit of never going flat.
