A friend just cut down a big sycamore tree. I would like to make turning blanks for bowls but I do not have a powerful enough chainsaw. Is anybody interested in cutting up these logs into blanks and sharing the bounty? It is located in Hollywood, near Cahuenga and the 101. The larger ones are over 2 feet in diameter.
