When sheet vinyl is installed so it runs up the wall a few inches instead of stopping right at the wall, it's necessary to install a cove shaped material UNDER the sheet so it curves up the wall gently instead of making a sharp right angle. What is this cove shaped stuff called?

I'd like to find some online, but searching for things such as "trim", "base", "cove filler" just gives products designed to go ON TOP of flooring.

Thanks!

Even using the correct terms, I haven't found any for sale locally or online. Has running vinyl up the wall gone out of style? Perhaps people make their own cove filler out of wood?

Edit: Ah, found these:

It seems to nowadays be more of a commercial application for certain "occupancies" where local Health Code is concerned about most moppable crevice free floors.

Pretty sure it was more common residential like 40 + years ago.

My parents had it in their kitchen in 1960 built "Ranch/ Rambler" in Mpls suburb.

At least that's what I gleaned when I looked into it this morn. Marc
