Well....Been working on building a hearth for the new woodstove this week. Thought I'd post a pic of my "Hearth Builders". I'm the skinny one in behind the Durock. Then The redhead is Joseph, Daniel is my youngest, and then Samuel, who's my oldest. It's been a real challenge since I've never done this kind of work before BUT.....I have since learned that I would starve to death if I had to do masonry and tile work for a living. :o :rolleyes:

Last pic is of the final sizing of the Durock before applying it permanently.

Well Jim.....The LOML is actually Blonde. :D

It's odd, but Samuel used to have really blonde hair....now it's more brown that blonde.
