In January, I bought a used sawstop jobsite saw from a startup company, and I love it mostly.
However, I'm not sure how to connect my Bosch/festool hose to collect the dust.
Here's the hose: https://www.amazon.com/Bosch-5-Meter-Anti-Static-Hose-35mm/dp/B0000AV79B/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1506655756&sr=8-3&keywords=bosch+hose
Here's what I tried: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000AV781/ref=sxts_bia_sr_1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=3182441022&pd_rd_wg=BZWaC&pf_rd_r=KN2GH2AKC8XGN8CREGFB&pf_rd_s=desktop-sx-top-slot&pf_rd_t=301&pd_rd_i=B0000AV781&pd_rd_w=D9Pgd&pf_rd_i=bosch+hose&pd_rd_r=2VG8DEWHXD6Q1GVZ1FR1&ie=UTF8&qid=1506655756&sr=1
The coupler pushed into the dust port, and worked fine for a while.
Then it got pushed up into the dustport. I'll need forceps to fish it out.
It's pretty useless right now.
This is especially nasty when I'm cutting MDF.
Do you have any solutions?
I'd also appreciate if you have tips on what adapters I'd need for other tools:
Makita track saw
dewalt 611
Mirka Deros
Currently, I just use lots of poster tape.
