I emailed Woodhaven asking how much they'd charge me for a replacement bar for my deluxe miter gauge after I knocked it off a table this weekend. They emailed me back stating that if I'd just send the parts to them, they'd straighten the bar out with a machine they have at no cost and reassemble the unit (to ensure its squareness). Given their proximity, they'd turn it around in one day, I should get the gauge back one week from when I ship it - hopefully tomorrow.
I'll post my results when I get it back, but I was very favorably surprised when offered that service. This is the kind of thing that makes me a repeat customer.
