Harbor freight online coupons any diffferent then store prices

I know HF is not the best but some stuff is good enough for the price like rubber gloves, gluebrushes etc. So am I correct in thinking the online coupons are the exact same prices in the store? I do not mean the 20% coupon just whatever is on sale that week.

I believe, but not absolutely certain, you need the coupons to get the coupon price in store.

Reason I say that is I belong to their Inside Track Club.
However, if I don't have the specific ITC coupon for the item, I can't get that better price.

BTW, I've gotten some surprisingly decent tools from HF.
And some really poor ones.
