How much for accessories?

Although there is likely to be a range of estimates for different items, would most of you agree that the rule of thumb for used working-order machines priced at 50 - 60% of new price would also apply to major accessories? I have been looking at band saws and wondering about accessories like the Driftmaster fence, Kreg fence, carbide blades, updated guides, etc.

Would appreciate your input.

50% is my guideline for machinery. Accessories included with a machine are less usually. All depends as usual.
