Afternoon Ladies and Gents,

I finally got around to finishing her up. I used the 5 cut method to check it out and it looks like I got lucky on the initial setting as the error over 80" was ZERO. I am also working on a smaller version while I a at it. Looking forward to using them.

That is a good looking sled. What is the base material, the yellow stuff ?

Thanks. I used birch and primed and painted the top side and shellaced the bottom. Seems to be working well.

Good looking saw and a good looking sled. You have any stops on the sled for batching out parts?

Nice! Did you do a single runner or put on two?

Thanks! No stops for batching out parts. I figure I can use a block and clamp to help if ever needed.
