Chef ware kits

I ordered some items from chefware kits and am having trouble contacting them to find an ETA for the order, no call back from my calls. Does anyone know if there is a problem with them.

The owner of Chefware Kits travels to most of the symposiums, but I have found his service to be good. If he is out of the office, he will get back to you as soon as he gets back from the symposium......pretty much like most of the vendors who service the symposiums and wood turners on a general level.
