I just completed a new router table top. Laminate top and exposed plywood bottom. I was planning on spraying all exposed wood in throat, under miter track and bottom w 3 coats of lacquer spray today. However it is raining on and off and I am wondering if sealing today is just sealing in moisture. Should I wait for 2 days of of nice dry weather? More rainy days than sunny days in northern Maine in Oct.

If it's flat, seal it. Leaving it longer with one side covered and the other side open will only cause it to curl. Cheers

I don't think lacquer will effectively seal out moisture, better to laminate both sides to keep it flat.

This. And I would use WEST epoxy to seal the edge grain.
