HI Gang,

I guess I have been sitting in the wings for to long. However, I must say, the work that has been produced and shown is just outstanding. I do take a peek just about everyday.
Been turning things, run of the "lathe stuff. Making some Christmas tree ornaments for the holidays. With all of the chit chat I have been reading about the AAW goblet contest, and especially the "inspiring" goblet that Bruce posted, I thought I would try my hand with a captured ring on a goblet.
No bigie, just running out of wood.

Have a great and safe day,and thnaks for looking.

Oh Wow, Bill you have more patience then I have. My hands would not let me turn something that small. That is really wonderfully done and I bet you do save on wood.

Haven't tried one of those yet. Yours look very nice. The little one is cute, too.

Very cute. That small stuff can be more difficult than the big ones.

Wow! Bill it's nice to start on small projects and work up to bigger ones! Next thing you know you'll be turning your own beautifully turned and finished wooden lathe!  :D
