Shop space to share in Long Beach Ca?

Myself and a couple others are looking into getting some shop space to share. A place where we could do our projects, share the big tools and help split the bills. Is there anybody interested in such a set up? Optimally Long Beach would be best but we could be flexible if we found the right space.
Otherwise, anybody have a shop already and are looking for a partner or sorts?
