Something a Little Different

Looking through my wood pile for something to turn and found this piece that looks like it had been pulled from a fire.

It’s cherry, 15” long x 7” on one end and 5” on the other. About 2 1/2 inches thick.

I’ll start with a video of what it might be like to stand in front of an airplane propeller!
